Greetings! We hope you all are enjoying 2012 as much as we are! We definitely can’t complain about the 65 degree weather right now! Word on the street is that by Thursday it’ll be 17 degrees, so we’re all preparing our carharts and thinsulates for that!
Up until now, we have pushed on to ensure we got 100 new items added to our online store each week. Well prepare yourselves, as now we are increasing that number! Starting this week, we will be listing 160 new items each week, to ensure our customers have the unique, custom variety they crave! Be sure to check back often, as we are continuously coming up with new ideas and products!
One of the newest products we have on the market are our 5 1/2″ x 12″ x 12″ turning blocks! These blocks are super dense, and loaded with figure and character. We have a nice variety of fiddleback figured Black Line Spalted Ambrosia Maple, as well as many different striped, figured Black Walnut turning blocks. These blocks can be cut into smaller turning blocks for your pens, duck calls, vases, etc. Another thing we enjoy seeing out of these are for place settings. We have seen some pretty awesome dinner plates, platters, bowls, cutting boards, etc made out of these blocks! Take a peek for yourself here.
Currently in the kiln, ready to be pulled out any day now, are our 4″ x 4″ x 36″ Black Walnut super sound, figured table legs. These will be hitting the planer before we know it, and ready for purchase shortly after! We currently have 26 of these guys, and will continue to add more!
